Shipping costs and payment methods

We send packages insured exclusively by Swiss Post.
For orders within Switzerland, we charge a shipping and handling charge of sFr. 11.-

These costs are in addition to the value of goods ordered.
From an order of sFr. 250.-, we assume the total shipping costs (within Switzerland).

Return policy

You can return your order within 2 weeks without giving reasons in writing (letter or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins with the receipt of goods.

Please note that exchanged goods as new and undamaged to be.
